Gregory Scot Jewelers main goal is customer satisfaction. Unless otherwise specified on receipt, your purchase may be refunded within 7 days from original purchase when accompanied by sales slip. Store credit is permitted within 21 days of purchase assuming the item is unused and in original condition. Clearance items, estate items, special orders, layaways and custom design pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

We regret that special orders are not returnable, and that no refund or exchange can be made unless authorized by management. A special order is any item ordered or altered at the customer’s request. All special orders require a 25% deposit. Items returnable to the manufacturer may not apply and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Custom design work involves using metals, gems and labor for a specific customer. As such, all custom pieces are nonrefundable, and require a 25% deposit, which is refundable at the manager’s discretion. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote customer’s satisfaction.

Center engagement ring diamonds, loose diamonds and diamond studs qualify for full trade value toward the purchase of new merchandise. The new item(s) must be priced 1 ½ times the trade allowance or store credit will be issued.

Layaway is a free service allowed for a maximum of 6 months with a minimum deposit of 20%. Any layaway without payments for 2 months will be cancelled and a store credit issued. Store credit will include deposit and any payments made minus any restocking fees that may apply.
